I'm Anthony William, The Medical Medium.
This is a big show right here.
This is a big episode.
And, you know, what I want you to do is after you watch this,
I want you to kind of watch it again sometime when you get a chance
because it's going to be packed.
There's going to be a lot of information wrapped up all through this.
And some of it might just get by you
because you might be thinking about a question you have or anything else.
But this is going to be packed, so I want you to watch this again.
So I want to ask you something.
What if somebody played a joke on you?
What if they played this joke on you, right?
And, you know, it was no big deal because, hey, you found out what the joke was.
No harm done.
Maybe it was a friend.
Maybe it was a family member.
But what if somebody played a joke on you and you never found out what it was?
You never found out, right?
Think about that for a little bit.
Like you never found out years later.
Wait a minute, maybe even 10 years later.
What about your whole lifetime?
What about never finding out about what someone did to you your entire lifetime?
But get this, get this.
What about maybe your forefather's lifetime?
Maybe your parents' lifetime?
What if the joke was played on them and then it was played on you for your whole lifetime?
and what if it was played on their forefathers before you, right?
But wait, what if the joke is played on your children?
So right now today, it's played on your children.
Well, then it's not so funny.
It's not even near funny because that's when it gets really cruel.
And what if the joke gets played on their children, okay?
Think about that.
But yet no one finds out what it is.
It's really important to understand this because if you don't know what it is, how can you protect yourself?
How can you help yourself?
How can you get yourself safe?
How can you know what's going on?
And the protein thing, because we're talking about protein, this is really important, is kind of like this joke that's been played on us in a way where protein does exist.
It is real.
It does have its important place, but not really as important as you really think.
and if you're focused on protein, if you're someone who's sick, if you're someone who's
chronically ill, if you're someone who's been through a lot in your life and protein's your
focus, you're not going to have a good time getting better. You're not going to have an
easy time getting better. You're not going to have, it's not going to be so easy. And I mean
this. So you have to understand the protein conception, misconception, I call it misconception,
has been one of these things that does hurt us.
Now, first of all, if you've wondered why I haven't gone here with this whole protein thing,
it's because protein's not responsible for why millions of people are sick.
Protein's not responsible, really, for why you have Hashimoto's thyroiditis,
multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, anything.
Protein is not responsible for all the different tingles and numbness, fatigue, blurry eyes,
spots and floaters in the eyes, headaches, migraines. How about that? Depression, anxiety,
all the things that we go through. Protein's not totally responsible for all that. It plays a role.
It plays a role as far as bad proteins or proteins that aren't good for us can sometimes not help us.
And we're going to talk about that. You recognize what this is right here? This is an egg right here.
you believe this? Anthony Williams is holding an egg and not because I'm going to crack it open
for breakfast. Okay. So I want you to know it's not going to get cracked open for breakfast,
but that's an, that's a protein source that many of you are on. And I'm going to talk about why
that's not going to be a good thing and why it doesn't help us. So that's something there too.
I'm going to talk about this too, because this is a protein source. This is cheese,
right? I think this is a cheddar cheese. Okay. Like that, that's not going to be my lunch either
today. So that's not going on top of my salad. So I'm going to tell you right now, but, but listen,
we're going to talk about all kinds of other stuff. And so what happens with protein, the
misconception, the myth, and all the misinformation out there is it can get in the way of you healing.
So I try not to go there too much, but now it's at a point where, Hey, we got to do it because
people are, and you guys probably know people, you know, them all the time. Cause I hear this.
People talk to me and they say, and you guys talk to me and you say, hey, wait a minute.
What about this?
Because someone's telling me about I need protein or I need to do this or I need to do that with protein.
And what happens is with chronic illness, you can't kind of lump them together.
You can't go searching for a protein answer to save you, to save you.
That's not what's going to save you with chronic illness of any kind.
So over 200 million Americans alone in the U.S., 250 million Americans alone have symptoms, conditions, and protein is not the answer to getting them better.
If anything, proteins can actually be in the way.
So we're going to cover all that.
Here's another thing, too.
If you don't know much about me, I'm going to tell you something right here, okay?
I'm not doing propaganda against, say, the paleos and the high-protein people, the animal protein people.
I'm not doing propaganda against the vegan people, the plant-based people.
So a lot of you know that about me by now.
New people that might be tuning in right now might be like, hey, wait a minute.
What is this?
Vegan propaganda?
What is this whole thing?
What's he going to talk about protein?
Because it's a loaded issue because there's a food war out there.
There's a food war out there.
It's the vegans against the paleos.
It's the meat eaters against the plant eaters.
And that's like a food war going out there.
I mean, I don't know if you've seen it.
Some of you guys might have seen it.
Some of you guys might not.
Some of you guys are new to things.
You're like, I didn't know that's going on, but it's going on out there.
And protein is literally the thing everybody's hanging their hat on.
And it's actually a huge mistake going on out there.
So I'm not on any one side.
So if you're tuning into this, this is about information you need to know as somebody who
eats high protein, animal protein.
This is about information you need to know if someone's plant-based or someone's completely
vegan.
You need to know this information. So I'm giving you all this prior we're going into it so you know where the playing field, like the playing field is leveled out here. And so when you're talking to me, it's about getting you the truth. And that truth is for both vegans, vegetarians, whatever, and for meat eaters, for people that call themselves paleo or whatever they call themselves.
So it's important to know all of this information i'm going to be talking about
So both these groups that are at war with each other use protein as this thing as this ball they're playing with
And it's keeping them busy. It's keeping all you guys busy out there
All the experts all the leaders all the people that want to hang their hat on something
And you know why they have to hang their hat on the protein thing
Is because they don't know what's wrong with people. They don't know why they're really sick
If you haven't gotten this book or you can't afford it, go to the library.
I don't care if everybody goes to the library and gets it.
It doesn't matter as long as they get it in their hands.
You know, put it on a Christmas wish list, whatever you've got to do.
But get these books because what they do is they free you from that ball that everybody's playing, the protein ball,
because nobody knows what's wrong with anybody out there in the industries.
So they're kicking around this protein thing, and all the experts are trying to hang their hat on.
And when you go to your doctors and when you go to your practitioners, they'll be like, well, you're not getting enough protein.
Well, you're not, you're vegan.
You're not getting enough protein.
Even though you're paleo, you're not eating enough eggs.
You need to get three, four eggs more a day.
And this misinformation is going to burn you.
Both plant-based, both paleo or animal protein-based, it's going to burn you.
And it's going to burn you bad.
And that's why I have to do this episode.
Because I got to watch your back.
I'm not watching the back of some organization.
I'm not watching the back of some belief system.
No way.
I'm not.
See, I'm on your side.
And I'm not trying to hang my hat on something.
You need to know that.
And what happens when someone tries to do that?
They got to hang their hat on something.
I got to hang my hat on how lectins are bad.
I got to hang my hat on how protein, you need protein, and that's how you got to do to get better.
The minute I do that, I just did you guys a disservice.
I just totally screwed you guys over.
I just totally just let you down.
and I'm not going to do it. There's no way. And I never did. So what I'm going to do is get your
back so you can take care of your kids and your family and your children. And that's the whole
point. And you know, life changing foods is all about what foods do for you. And you'll notice
it's not what about proteins do for you. It's about what foods like what's in these foods that
actually heal you because it's not about protein. It's not about like, like how protein protein
doesn't heal anyone, that's the whole problem I'm talking about. It doesn't hurt people. It can hurt
people depending on what kind of protein or how it's done or what's wrong with someone. But at the
same time, it doesn't really heal people. What heals people is all of the other things that are
in food that science and research doesn't know about. So let's talk about protein for a couple
more minutes, like this whole thing. This is why I want you to listen to this again when you get a
chance. It's really intense. Now, where did the whole protein concept come from? How come it's
here? Can I tell you why? Because in the 1930s, 40s, and 50s, millions of women started complaining
about becoming ill, never before in history. The tingles and numbness, the weakness in limbs,
the aches and pains, the tremors, the anxiety, the depression, the intense reproductive system
issues that never existed before. All these different things, the painful feet, painful
joints, the severe fatigue, neurological symptoms, eye problems, brain fog, migraines, all of
that barely existed until the 1940s. So check this out because nobody knew it was wrong
with anybody. Guess what came in as the scapegoat? Protein, protein, protein. Maybe you're missing
protein. Maybe you need protein. And that bowl is still in the doctor's office today. You go into
the doctor's office and you're like, I thought I was getting better. I'm not. Well, maybe you need
protein. Oh, you should have more protein shakes if you're vegan. Oh, if you're animal based,
you should be eating protein three times a day. Protein, protein, protein. Better check your
protein levels. I'm telling you right now, it's madness. And you got to be careful because if
you're wrapped up into it, you're going to slow your healing down. And so the protein craze came
about in the 1940s when there were no answers for why women became sick. And you know who created
the protein craze? Men. So I'm just telling you ladies out there where it was created. It was
created by men to have an answer to why women were having problems. Because women were like,
hey, we're sick. And they were filing into doctor's offices every single day by the hordes.
I've talked to old country doctors.
I've talked to old doctors back 20 years ago.
I would talk to doctors that were in their 90s, and they would remember the day where it was almost like the weather changed, and they were just pouring in.
I talked to old doctors back in the day, and they said that they'd never seen anything like it before.
Women were filing in nonstop left and right in the 1940s.
If everybody's offices were getting filled for no reason, because women were actually having all these symptoms and complaining and guess what was one of the scapegoats of the scapegoats? It was protein. It was a way out. It was men in the industry, the very industry where all the payoffs are, the very industry where the agendas are. It was there.
And so you have to understand that was the way it went where, hey, it's a protein problem.
Then shortly after that, oh, it must be hormones.
And then shortly after that, oh, it must be this.
So what I'm trying to say right now is if you don't free yourself from the protein madness to some degree, just some degree, you're going to get lost.
And even if you're on the right track, someone's going to throw you off the wrong track.
So even if you're eating more fruits and vegetables and you're eating more celery and you're eating some mangoes for the first time and you're eating potatoes because you can eat potatoes and you're eating some bananas for the first time, okay?
And you're starting to get better but you still have these ups and downs but you don't know why and then someone tells you you're going to need protein and someone tells you you're going to need your three eggs every single day.
You're going to set yourself backwards.
So I'm going to talk about this.
Now, I'm not against animal protein.
And I'm not against a lot of plant proteins either.
Also, I don't mind you having them in there.
They're in there in a lot of ways.
This is a protein source right here, spinach, right here.
Now, when you're eating that on and off throughout your day,
you're getting lots of protein.
But it doesn't mean you're going to be full
because these proteins are highly bioactive proteins.
They get into places where the body may need it.
But at the same time, it doesn't fill you up because there's no fat in this.
So we're going to talk about that next.
Let's go into the whole protein-fat thing.
This is one of the most important facets, the most important parts of understanding protein right here.
The reason why people feel satiated when they eat protein,
it's because they're usually picking a protein source that has fat inside of it.
So always know that.
So if you go on this diet and you're on salads,
So say you're just on a little bit of salad or something where you're on a little bit of lettuce and you had a little bit of celery in your salad and you had a little bit of cucumber in your salad and you didn't really eat much.
Then you had a little bit of fruit in and out and you're on this cleanse and you're losing weight and you're cleansing.
But all of a sudden you hit the wall and you're starving because you feel like you need something heavier.
You feel like you might need something satiating.
So someone might say, hey, you need protein.
or your practitioner might say you need protein.
So then you eat a four ounce piece of meat
or a six ounce or eight ounce piece of meat
and you feel, whoa, I feel better.
It's not because of the protein.
And I'm not saying that's bad.
If you like meat, you can eat meat.
What it is, it's because of the fat
that was mixed into the protein.
It's the fat that was giving you a satiation.
It's calories.
So what we have to focus on a little bit more
than protein is we have to focus on calories.
Are you getting enough calories?
Are you an athlete? Are you burning so many calories where you're not getting enough if you're just eating, say, one banana or two bananas in a whole day and you're doing all these workouts?
What else are you not doing right that you should be doing?
So we're going to totally cut into all that.
I'm going to talk about other protein sources too, so I want you to stay tuned for this.
This is a really important episode.
These are lentils right here, okay?
So we're going to talk about proteins with lentils.
We're going to talk about protein with spirulina right here.
We're going to talk about protein with barley grass juice powder.
That's my favorite one right there.
Vimergy.
We're going to talk about that too.
And we're going to talk about some other things.
So let's go into it.
I have some questions.
I think I'm going to just like just go into the questions right away.
Questions that you guys asked me because I'm totally on it with you.
All right.
So here's a question right here.
Is proteins from beans okay?
I know that get asked that a lot.
Some people do good with beans.
Some people don't do good with beans.
It's as simple as that.
It's because what happens is beans have so much fiber in them, so much fiber, that people aren't used to that kind of fiber.
Everybody's digestive tract is different for many different reasons.
And everybody's liver is different, which we're going to talk about the liver in this whole thing, too.
So some people can do amazing with some lentils.
They can.
They can have lentils on their salads.
They can sprout lentils.
You can totally sprout lentils.
Such a really good food for you.
28% protein in lentils.
So if you're worried about protein, look, listen, even after this whole episode, even after I tell you everything about protein, many of you are still going to be like protein, protein, protein, protein, protein, protein, protein, protein, protein.
Where's my protein? Still got to find my protein.
And you may not even like hear the fact that I'm trying to tell you that the trick, the joke that was played on us that I opened up talking about was the protein scam.
It was the biggest scam of all time, the biggest scam of the last century.
So I'm just trying to forewarn you.
But at the same time, there's some definitely validation.
There's some good reasons for some proteins.
And you don't have to quit animal proteins.
You like animal proteins, certain animal proteins.
And if you're a plant person, a plant dude or whatever, you're totally into plants.
You don't have to quit certain nuts and seeds.
But we just have to be aware that if you're focused on protein, you're going to cheat yourself and you're going to get yourself in trouble.
and you're going to get your loved ones in trouble.
I'm just being straight up.
You guys want me honest.
You guys always have.
You want me to tell you like it is.
You guys want me to tell you the truth.
That's the only thing I can do.
So I just, you know, so I have to,
maybe I was like, all right, it's protein time.
We finally got to go there.
Listen, celery juice.
I hope you're drinking it Sunday morning.
I got my celery juice right here.
This is what I do right here.
I know I'm going off track a little bit,
but this thing is like, this is like 25 ounces,
something like that maybe my 24 or 26 ounces i kind of forget what this big thing is that's how
much celery juice i do in the morning now if you can't do that that's fine do this much do four
ounces do six ounces do eight ounces i talk about celery juice and life-changing foods i talk about
celery juice and thyroid healing like i said if you don't have these go to the library get them
or get them from amazon uh amazon just make sure you get them um but the celery juice is critical
That's a big piece of everything. That's a big piece of how we can go into the next phase of what we're going to talk about, building muscles pretty soon. We're going to talk about rebuilding muscles with chronic illness. We're going to talk about what happens when people feel like they're losing muscle. We're going to talk about that. Celery juice plays a big role in that. It's a big deal. So we're going to go into that.
So back to the fat aspect of protein, back to fats and protein.
What we make mistakes with is what we think we're needing is protein when we're looking for calories.
So we get those calories from fat sources.
So we get those calories from nuts and seeds.
We get those calories from grass-fed beef.
We get those calories from chicken, from pasture-free range chicken.
We get those calories from eggs.
So we're looking for calories but not realizing that's what we're looking for.
So we think we're looking for protein.
A lot of people say, hey, look, eggs can get me by half my day.
So if I do some eggs, it can get me through half the day, unlike some fruit can get me through.
There's a reason for that.
There's a large amount of fat in an egg.
So what you're doing is you just think you've got protein in you and protein is getting through your day.
Not at all.
It's the fats in the egg that are getting through your day.
So that's what happens here. Now, this is not an egg promo because what the egg will do is feed viruses like Epstein-Barr and get you sick later on in your life. I've seen a lot of young people in their 20s and 30s eating eggs, putting eggs on their salads every day because they're eating healthier, and they're eating like three eggs every single day, two eggs every single day, and you know what happens is they just feed their Epstein-Barr viruses deep inside of them, and they end up sick with chronic fatigue by age 38, by age 37, by age 35, by age 39.
and they've got neurological symptoms, then they're going to the doctors.
The doctors are diagnosing them with Lyme disease.
If they kept off the eggs, they could have thwarted that,
and they've done things like celery juice.
It wouldn't have had the chronic fatigue syndrome by the age 37, by the age 38.
So don't do eggs.
This isn't an egg promo, but you need to understand how it works.
The reason why you may be satiated with a couple of eggs is because you're getting fat,
the fats from the egg.
Now, you might find that like on egg boxes.
Oh, omegas.
These eggs have omega-3s.
These eggs have omegas.
It's healthy fat.
Do not get fooled by that.
There's this much omega in an egg.
And when you cook an egg anyway, you're destroying the omega anyway, the omega-3.
It's so sensitive that you destroy it and kill it.
So do not get tricked by that.
That's a question I hear all the time.
What about the omegas in eggs?
What about that?
We're bouncing everywhere.
There's that much to cover.
So hang in here.
We're going to be going everywhere.
This is a big deal.
Same thing with cheese.
Cheese is on the rise again.
People are saying, well, cheese is like a big deal now.
Everybody's eating cheese again.
Cheese is where you get your protein.
It's offered to people.
It's offered for women with PCOS.
The problem is with cheese and with eggs, with things like reproductive problems like PCOS and cysts and tumors.
They grow cysts and tumors.
If you have nodules on your thyroid, cheese will grow it, eggs will grow it.
So these protein sources will grow it.
You go to your doctor and they're like, whoa, yeah, you got Hashimoto's thyroiditis, you got nodules on your thyroid, you got PCOS, you have cancer, you need to eat protein if you have cancer.
Do not get tricked by that.
These protein sources will hurt you and hurt you bad.
I hate breaking the news.
I got to break the news.
There's no question about it.
And you can feel the fat from the cheese. I just held this in my hand, okay? And my hand's greasy. My hand is actually greasy. Like literally I just put lotion on my hands. Why is that? Because that's how much fat is in here. It's not about protein.
The reason why we eat cheese is because we're looking to be satiated and we just got a ton of calories.
Never confuse the calories on the package with an egg, the fat calories, I mean the fat quantity in an egg, the calories in cheese, whatever it is, because they're all wrong.
The standard government readings of how much is in, how much fat, how much protein, how much whatever is in this stuff is all backwards.
there's way more fat in this stuff than there is in anything else.
It looks like I just put hand lotion on my hands.
That's how much fat is in cheese.
And you've got to be careful because what's in cheese feeds all the viruses.
It can trigger off multiple sclerosis.
It can trigger off ALS.
It can trigger off all these different conditions.
Even worse than that, it can tax the adrenals,
meaning in a sense people are walking around,
they're feeling all kinds of messed up.
That could mess you up.
There's another thing.
I'm going to talk about milk for a couple of things.
Protein.
This is all, you know, it's all about protein for milk, right?
That's what we talk about out there.
This right here, this is a troublemaker all on its own.
Feeds every strep in the body.
Every strep in the body, like that causes acne that I talk about, that causes SIBO that I talk about, that causes digestive problems that I talk about.
And it's not even the lactose intolerance issues people have.
It's far worse than that.
And the proteins in milk feed all manners of bugs.
Now, proteins like if you're a meat eater, proteins in grass-fed beef don't feed bugs.
So you can eat grass-fed beef if you're into that.
You can do that.
And you're hearing it right from me.
If that's what you want, you can do that.
If you're plant-based and you're vegan and you're getting all your protein from nuts and seeds, that's not going to feed bugs too.
So you're not going to feed strep.
You're not going to feed the Epstein-Barr, the HHV-6, the shingles varieties.
all these varieties that are not even on science and research's radar.
All these varieties I talk about with Epstein-Barr.
I talk about the HHV6.
I talk about all the different shingles that are in here.
Seriously, I mean, if you have this, just try to read it.
A lot of people, they get it.
They forget to read it.
Just try to read it so you know what's going on,
so you're not running somewhere else and getting information that's going to get you in trouble,
like the protein information that everybody's freaking out about.
So here's the deal.
If you're plant-based, you have to make sure you're getting enough calories.
It's not about protein.
If you just go with protein powders, realize that a lot of protein powders are going to have a lot of fat in them without realizing that.
So you have to keep in mind.
So you might be just adding more fat to your diet.
At the same time, you might get protein powders that don't have fats in them, and then you're filling up on all of that, and that's not really that helpful either.
Try not to go protein crazy.
We're going to talk about what you can eat as a vegan, as a vegetarian, what you can eat as a meat eater to get enough of what you're worried about, which is protein.
And that goes to the next topic, okay?
Everybody is getting enough protein.
That's the whole point.
Everybody's getting enough protein.
But are they getting enough of everything else?
And that's why we're sick.
So that's the whole other thing.
Everybody's getting enough protein.
That's the irony.
That's what's really crazy.
They may not be getting enough of the good proteins.
They may not be getting enough of the best proteins you could be getting.
They may not be getting enough of the proteins that are actually really fruitful and helpful,
but everybody's getting protein.
We're a high-protein society.
You can't avoid it.
You can't miss it.
Even if you're on just a few fruits and a few veggies and that's all,
you're getting enough protein, but you might not be getting enough calories.
So that's the difference.
That's what we're going to cover.
Let's cover a few of these questions. So why do eggs hold some people over throughout the morning? I was just actually answering that. Why do eggs hold some people over? Because of why? Because of the high fat content that's in eggs. That high fat content is what holds people over. So you have to remember that. It also creates insulin resistance at the same time. It also hurts the liver. It also sets you up for diabetes. It also sets you up for heart disease. It also sets you up for sickness down the road.
It also sets you up for osteoporosis. That's what an egg can do. It also can feed every bug, can give you sinus infections, can give you strep infections, can give you everything.
Okay, so let's talk about something else. If you're not doing eggs in the morning and you're just eating a piece of fruit and that's all you're having is like an orange or you're having like a tangerine or something.
So say you're just having like one of these special tangerines and that's all you're having.
That's not a lot of calories.
It's just one little tangerine.
I mean, so you have to remember that.
So if you look at the calorie difference, that's the difference.
So that's going to hold you over a little bit more.
One of these and it's all you're having.
You're not going to be held over.
But one of these will help you heal.
One of these will help you get sick.
That's the difference.
And that's how it works.
So, but if you're bringing in your celery juice every single morning, you'll be held over a lot better. I'm going to go into that too. Let's go in a little bit. We'll go into some more questions. Does the average man need 50 grams of protein a day? And, and how can this be achieved? No, the average man doesn't need 50 grams of protein.
Okay, children need about 2 grams of protein a day.
When you go from children to adult, it doesn't go from 2 grams to 50.
It goes from 2 grams to about 7 or 8 grams a day.
So that's really what we're supposed to be getting.
If you get 50 grams of protein a day every day or more than 50 grams like people get, you're going to get liver disease.
I talk about this in Liver Rescue.
You're going to get liver sickness.
You're going to get heart disease.
You're going to get cardiovascular problems in different ways.
You're going to get the diabetes.
You're going to get brain diseases, too much protein, and you're going to get brain diseases.
Because what it means is you're getting too much protein and also too much fat.
And that's what that means.
You're getting too much protein and too much fat.
And what's going to happen there is you're going to kill your liver.
You're going to kill your brain.
We're going to get fat brains because the brain isn't even made out of fat.
We're going to talk about that in a little bit too.
So the average man doesn't need 50 grams of protein. The average man needs somewhere between probably about 7-8 grams of protein, maybe 10 grams of protein a day. Sure, you can get more. If you eat this, you're going to get a lot more than 5 grams of protein a day. If you eat this, you're going to get more than 10 grams of protein a day, but you don't need more than that.
But what you do is you need things that are inside these foods that you're not being told you need.
You need things that are inside these foods that what's happening is they're just talking about protein.
It's all about protein.
When you actually need things to save your life, to save your health, to protect you, life-changing foods is all about that.
It talks about what's in spinach.
It talks about what's in a mango.
It talks about what's in celery so that you can heal.
And guess what? It's not talking about protein in here. There's a reason because it's not what heals you. So back to that. I just have to throw that in the mix. Let's go to another question.
um hair loss on a vegan diet and then eating meat and then the hair got better so someone eating
meat and the hair got better first of all if you like meat and that's what makes you feel good you
can eat meat that's fine i still say don't eat eggs i still say don't eat milk and butter and
cheese and dairy and yogurt i still say stay away from all the dairy okay so that's important but
if you're into eating meat and that's where your heart is and that's what you want to go you know
sure. I mean, you have to be careful though with meats, okay? If you're eating meat again or you're
always eating meat, you don't want to eat a lot of it. I feel the same way for the vegans that eat a
lot of nuts and seeds. You have to know where I stand. This is important, okay? I'm not on one
side of the aisle or the other. That has to be clear. I'm just asking you guys to know that.
Here's how it works, okay? If you're vegan and you're eating way too much nuts and seeds, way
too much nuts and seeds, that's not good. You want to back that down. You want to lower the fats. You
want to back that down. If you're animal-based and you're eating meat and you're eating it two,
three times a day, whoa, back it down a bit because you're not making room for the foods that are
actually going to heal you. That's the key. It's okay if you're eating the meats and the free-range
chicken if you want and everything, but you have to make room for the foods that are actually going
to heal you. You can't just have three leaves of spinach. You have to have a hunk of spinach.
Like, you know, I talk about the spinach soup right here in medical medium. You got to just
look at that and just see spinach soup. It's like you take a whole bunch of spinach and you put it
in your blender, a whole bunch of it. And you blend it up with some tomatoes and you blend it
up with some other things. And that's key. It's about making room for other things. So you don't
get sick so you stay healthy, so you stay strong, so you keep your weight down. And that's the key.
So back to the hair loss question. You had hair loss as a vegan, and then you got some hair back
eating meat. Well, here's how things work. Hair loss you have today, if you lose hair right now,
hair is starting to fall out. That's from a year ago. That's from what you were doing a year ago.
Meaning, it doesn't mean what you were eating a year ago. It means what was going on in your life
a year ago? What was happening? Were you up against a little bit more stress? Were you up
against something? Did something happen you kind of forgot about and you put it behind you?
An event happened? Did something else go on in your life? Were you in trouble with something?
Did you get, did you have somebody backstab you? Did you lose a family member? Whatever it is,
did you have a breakup? Hair will come out a year later, eight months, nine months,
10 months later. You'll be getting all this hair falling out. So say you're on the vegan diet and
you just had an emotional breakup, an emotional problem that you had with a family member,
a loved one, a girlfriend, a boyfriend back 10 months ago, 11 months ago, you're going
to start losing hair 10, 11 months later.
And what's going to happen is you're going to blame it on your diet.
You're going to instantly blame it on your vegan diet.
Same thing happens.
Get ready for this for all the meat eaters that are losing their hair.
Okay.
So there's all these people that are eating animal protein out there.
You know that it's called 99% of all America.
I'm not even going globally.
I'm just saying America. 99% of America eats meat. 1% eats plant-based. And that plant-based 1% is a mix of fish. It's a mix of vegetarians with eggs thrown in. So it's really like a 0.0000.1% or whatever of people that are plant-based.
So you've got to remember, there's all these people losing their hair every day.
So I had people in droves coming to me saying, I'm losing my hair, I'm losing my hair, women, men, and they're eating meat.
So you have to understand, you've got to get a perspective on this.
So meat eaters can go through a stressful time period in their life, 9 months, 10 months ago, 11 months ago, and they can lose their hair 10 months later.
and then they go vegan and their hair comes back.
The same way you actually were vegan
and you decided to eat some meat and your hair came back.
I see it all the time.
I can't tell you how many meat eaters that have gone vegan,
at least vegan for a while, and their hair all came back
and their nails got stronger.
And so you have to know how it works.
It's important to see a perspective on this.
So, and you can't think it's protein that made my hair come back
because if you really want to protect your hair,
it's protein from leafy greens.
It's protein from broccoli.
It's protein from cauliflower.
Yeah, you can have protein from meats
and you can have protein from chicken,
but there's still more powerful proteins
that you can have too.
You need to be in the mix so you can't get lost.
I've seen people say,
whoa, I feel better going back to eating some meat.
Now I'm going to eat it three times a day.
And guess what?
They get sick again.
And then they're back to being vegan.
And then they're back to being animal.
And then they're back to vegan.
Then they're back to protein.
And they go back and forth, back and forth, back and forth.
Do you know anybody that's done that?
Do you know anybody that's been off eggs and then, oh my God, I'm eating eggs again?
Do you know anybody that's been off meat and back on meat?
Or somebody that was vegan, then not vegan anymore?
Because when you're chasing protein and other books out there that people are hanging their hats on,
you've got to remember, the protein, the whole protein thing out there, the obsession, the myth, the misconception,
Like I said, goes back to when nobody knew it was wrong with anybody with women coming in, piling in to literally to the doctor's offices with no answers.
And protein was all they could throw at them.
We're still playing with that today.
It's unbelievable how you're still being duped and tricked and fooled and a joke is being played on you till today.
But even with saying that, it's still about quality proteins no matter what because you got to have a quality protein.
I'll tell you right now, spirulina, that's straight protein.
It's a quality protein, straight protein.
But here's the deal.
It's what else is in here.
It's not just the protein.
It's literally the carotenes.
It's literally everything else that's in here.
It's what makes that blue-green color, that healing color.
It's all these other things that are in here that actually makes the difference.
And it's like the Vimergy Barleygrass Juice Powder that I use.
Why do I have a packet?
It's because I use the Vimergy Barleygrass Juice Powder.
I do.
If you want to know what I use, everybody says, what do you use?
I want to use what you use.
Well, I'm showing you what I use.
And what happens is this is really high protein.
Barley grass juice powder is high protein, but there's no calories.
There's no fat in here.
So you're not going to feel satiated when you use it.
Instead, it's really amazing bioavailable protein that's in barley grass juice powder.
But it's not about that.
It's about the other nutrients.
It's about the other micronutrients.
It's about the macronutrients.
It's about the vitamins.
It's about the minerals.
It's about all of that.
And all of that is critical.
All of it is critical.
Let's answer a couple more questions.
There's so many to choose from.
Here's a question right here.
Is fatty liver or liver damage reversible?
Yes.
You know, one of the ways to reverse liver damage is taking out eggs right there.
If you're eating eggs, I'm going to drop this probably any second.
It's going to crack and explode.
if you if you're eating eggs okay you're not going to help your fatty liver you're going to
create a fatty liver so many of you and so i see this all the time if i go out in public okay which
is rare all right because you know how it works with me i get readings non-stop they just keep
on coming in non-stop okay and also if i go out in public everybody wants a reading they all want
a reading and i totally get it but then i'll be i'll be wasted after an hour of doing readings
to like 20 30 people but here's the deal okay what happens is people are eating these every day
And they're also eating a high-fat diet of all kinds of other fats, whether they're vegan, whether they're animal-based, and their livers are getting fatty.
So their livers start getting fatty, and nobody knows it.
The doctor doesn't see it.
No one can see it.
It can't be diagnosed yet.
So we're all walking around with fatty livers.
That's why I wrote Liver Rescue.
If you want to check out Liver Rescue, just go to Amazon.
It's right there.
Look for Liver Rescue by me, okay?
Medical Medium of Liver Rescue so you can see it.
And it's really important to understand how we're all walking around these fatty livers and they're being undiagnosed.
So the question is, is fatty liver or liver damage reversible?
That's the question.
Yes, it is.
But it's not reversible if we got this in here, if we got this greasy cheese, if we got that in there, if we have the fats constantly going into the liver.
Here's how it works.
I want you to know this.
When you eat the cheese, it goes into your intestinal tract.
Okay?
First of all, it goes into the intestinal tract, and it goes right through the intestinal tract as it breaks down, and it goes up a highway of blood through veins right back into the liver, and it clogs the liver, and it makes it fatty.
That's how it works.
So when you're eating cheese, when you're eating eggs, it goes down into the intestinal tract.
It starts to break down in there.
It starts to do its thing.
It starts to all break apart.
The absorption process happens and the fats get literally absorbed through the intestinal walls, through a process that our digestive tract does, through a process, and it goes right up into the liver.
It goes right directly heading up to the liver and it clogs it up.
It causes it to become fatty.
That's how it works.
If you're a vegan, you don't do eggs and cheese, but you're doing lots and lots of nuts and seeds.
That's your deal.
It's like nuts every single day.
five avocados a day, three avocados a day,
lots and lots of nuts, oils, lots and lots of oils.
If you're doing that as somebody who's plant-based,
all that fat is going up into the liver
and it's gonna create a stagnant, sluggish liver,
especially if it's already stagnant and sluggish
because all of our livers do not come here
with a clean slate.
I talk about this in Liver Rescue.
Our livers come here messy, dirty.
They come here with DDT in them.
They come here with pesticides in them
from our forefathers.
They come in here with mercury.
Our livers come saturated with mercury.
That's why I talk about the heavy metal detox smoothie, which is right here.
You've got to write in this book.
The heavy metal detox smoothie is right in here.
It's somewhere in here.
You'll see it somewhere.
I'm sure that's not it right there, but you'll see it.
Heavy metal detox smoothie to get the metals out of the liver, to get other poisons, to get pesticides out of your liver,
because our livers come here damaged already.
That's the sad part.
They come here in a bad way, not in a perfect way.
I talk about it all in the liver rescue.
It's what I'm answering the question of fatty liver.
So what's, what's the answer to this?
We already have pre fatty livers.
Most of us, we're walking around with them every day.
So when you're being tricked into protein, protein, protein, we're like robots.
We're like, we're like brainwashed protein, protein.
Is there enough protein?
And then you know what happens is that we're like, instead eating more fat because of it.
Oh, protein.
Let's eat more fat.
Oh my God.
Protein.
Let's eat more fat.
Let's keep on getting the fatness.
protein. Whoa. Let's keep on getting more fat into us. And what happens? Liver gets fattier,
liver gets fattier. And then if you've got something like a virus inside the liver,
causing fatigue, if you've got a virus inside the liver, like Epstein-Barr causing problems
inside the liver, what happens is it feeds off of toxins and other poisons and the liver gets
more sluggish and stagnant. And guess what? You get scar tissue in the liver and now we're getting
into liver damage. So yes, you can reverse it. You've got to lower the fats and you've got to
like, you got to like, it's okay. It's okay. If you're worried about protein a little bit,
it's okay. If you're thinking about protein a little bit, I'm not going to be able to change
that. I'm not going to be able to literally stop the protein madness out there because it's bigger
than me. It's bigger than me. The protein obsession. There's hundreds of books every day.
There's all kinds of people hanging their hat every day on protein.
They're hanging their hats all they got.
It's rampant.
I'm not going to be able to stop it.
So you know what?
It's going to hit you all the time.
You're going to be like, wait a minute.
I just saw a medical medium and he gave me a lot of great advice, but where's my protein?
So we're still going to help in every way possible.
Somebody had a bad reaction to soy.
What other proteins can a vegetarian eat?
vegan eat besides soy try the lentils if you're really into protein I recommend sprouting them
that's what I recommend doing that's the best way to eat the lentils don't be afraid of those lentils
if you know if you feel sensitive to them you're someone that doesn't do good with them because
there's so much fiber and that fiber is freaking you out because what happens is we're not used to
so much fiber we're not we're a society today we're a culture today that doesn't put fiber
and cider intestinal tracts.
So if you start pounding lentils,
yeah, you're going to have some flatulence.
You're going to have some gas.
But some people, they don't.
They can handle some fiber.
So switch off soy to lentils.
Really important right there.
Something to consider.
But more than that,
more than that, okay?
It's not about,
when you're a vegan or vegetarian,
looking for protein so much.
It's about looking for calories,
about getting more fruit in your diet.
We're going to talk about fruit fear too.
Okay, here's a question.
Too much fruit makes me fat and hungry.
So too much fruit makes me fat and hungry, okay?
That's a really good one.
And so we're going to go into that.
Is it just fruit you're eating?
Is it only fruit you're eating?
So are you only just eating fruit but yet not other things?
And that's another question too.
Someone could be eating some fruit or a decent amount of fruit,
but they're also eating lots of avocados.
They're also eating lots of nuts and seeds.
So if you're doing a lot of nuts and seeds
and you're getting some olive oil in your food
and you went and picked up a vegan dish
at a vegan place or whatever it is
and you're getting olive oil thrown in there,
you're getting like a couple of tablespoons of fat there.
You got the oils, nuts and seeds.
You got that.
Maybe you got a dessert that has,
maybe you're doing cacao, which has fat in it.
Maybe you're doing something else.
And what happens is if you're doing too much fat
as a vegan or vegetarian
or if you're a vegetarian, you're doing too much fish and you're doing too much fat
and you're doing too much fruit, you're going to blame it on the fruit.
You're always going to blame it on the fruit because you think all the fats you're eating are just proteins.
See how it works?
You're going to believe that all the fats you're eating are just proteins.
They're not fats.
There's no fat anywhere.
How many meat eaters don't even think about fat?
They don't.
They're eating their meats and they just think protein.
How many vegans don't even think about fats?
They're just eating their nuts and their oils and too much avocado.
Avocado is amazing for you though, but too much avocado.
And they're thinking protein.
How many people are doing that?
It's like this thing.
It's like this virus.
And I talk about the Epstein-Barr virus and everything, but there's really like this protein virus that was placed upon our culture.
that has infected people to the point where you can't see straight.
You just can't see straight.
And so that's what goes wrong.
So is fruit making you fat?
It may not be making you fat.
You could be eating other things in your diet.
I don't know if you're eating from, you know, all fruit and that's it.
And if you are eating all fruit and nothing else,
then you better be drinking a ton of celery juice.
You better be bringing in a lot of celery juice.
So that's really important because that's going to help heal the liver along with the fruit.
Very important thing to do.
So that's a whole other thing.
We'll go into some other stuff.
So people over 65.
So you got like people over 65.
What foods are best for people over 65?
Bring down the red meat.
That's when you bring down the red meat for sure.
65 and over, just red meat should not be happening.
It's not me being anti-meat because as you guys know,
I tell people, yeah, you can totally do your meats. If it feels good, if you're doing good,
if you have a real strong liver, like a really strong liver, you can do your animal proteins
because your liver will have enough bile to break down all that fat from those animal proteins.
So I tell people, hey, if you've got a really strong liver, if you're confident you've got a
strong liver, then yeah, you can do your meats. If you don't have a strong liver, lower them.
lower them down. If you're getting gout, lower them down, bring them down. If you're getting
aches and pains, lower them down. If you're getting all kinds of stiffness, lower them down.
If you're getting brain fog, confusion, depression, anxiety, lower the meats down a bit.
Same thing with vegans, lower the nuts down, bring all the nuts down. So the question is,
what are good proteins for people that are over 65? Well, the key is, is minimizing proteins
at 65. That's the key. And if you want to bring something in, bring in some hemp seeds,
bring in some pumpkin seeds if you really want to, but you need to be bringing in spinach. You
need to be bringing cauliflower. You need to be bringing in broccoli. What's this right here?
Everybody knows what this is right here. Okay. Nori sheets, really high in protein,
really, really high in protein. It's like, it's why a lot of people, they just, you know, they,
But they don't know that, and that's what happens.
A lot of people don't know when they do a nori roll, and they wrap up their nori roll, and they got like whatever.
And, you know, I'm just fooling around right here, okay?
I just got a couple of celery sticks, and they're wrapping up the nori roll with everything else.
This isn't really appetizing when you just put a piece of celery right in this nori roll right here.
But when you got everything else in here, you put your cucumber, and you put your celery slices, and you put your tomatoes inside your nori roll.
And you could put a little avocado inside your nori roll, so that's perfectly fine.
And look, if you're really into brown rice and you really love some of the grains like millet, brown rice or quinoa, you can put a little bit of that inside your nori right here.
But there's a lot of protein in that nori strip.
Does it fill you up?
Once again, there's not a lot of fat in a nori strip.
There's no fat in nori.
So because there's no fat in there, you may not feel like satiated, satiated.
So you always have to remember, but you had enough protein.
That's the key.
You've had enough protein.
But did you have enough calories?
Did you get enough calories from your mangoes?
Did you have enough bananas that day?
Did you have enough bananas that day?
That's the other thing.
Did you have watermelon that morning?
What about that?
This is a really nice one too.
These are really good.
I've been cracking into these.
I got to tell you right here.
These are amazing.
And what I like about the watermelon, you want to know what's in watermelon?
You go right to Life Changing Foods and you learn about why you have to eat these watermelons
and why these watermelons are so good.
That's what you got to do because seriously, that's how awesome these are.
Did you crack into a watermelon that morning?
Did you have like a few slices of that?
Are you getting enough calories in other places so that when you just have your salad
or you just have your nori roll, did you have enough calories throughout the day?
Did you have enough bananas?
Did you have enough glucose for your muscles?
We're going to go into that too in a little bit.
I'm not going to forget about it.
So any other questions I have here?
Gaining strength for powerlifting.
So people feel if they don't have enough protein, they lose strength for lifting, for powerlifting.
As you can see, I'm not a powerlifting guy.
As you can see, probably, I don't have massive guns on my arms because what I do is I sit in my office year after year and I kill myself to write this one word at a time and I don't get off my seat once because I'm in it for you.
Maybe someday when spirit tells me to stop trying to save the world and write these, maybe I'll start putting some guns on.
But listen, here's the deal. So if you're somebody who lifts a lot of power, you do the power lifting, you do a lot of the weight lifting and stuff like that, and you feel like you don't get enough strength if you're eating just fruits and vegetables, and then if you eat a piece of meat, you feel like you got some strength, that's because of calorie deficiencies.
You're not getting enough calories.
You have to know that if you're going to be lifting weights, if you're going to be doing anything, if you're going to be thinking, if you're going to be walking, if you're going to be talking, you have to get enough calories.
That's why whether you're powerlifting, whether you're an athlete, whether you're not, whether you're just somebody at the workplace and you get brain fog and you can't think straight without getting, say, a piece of meat in you or a piece of chicken, it's because you're looking for calories.
You're looking for fat.
So if you're somebody that's power lifting and you're just doing some shake and there's really no fat in it,
and it's just some fruits and you're not getting enough calories, you might run out of steam.
But that doesn't mean you need to bring fats in.
That doesn't mean that you need to be bringing in tons of nuts and seeds if you're a vegan bodybuilder.
That doesn't mean if you're an animal-based bodybuilder, you need to be bringing in tons of meat and tons of chicken.
That doesn't mean that.
What it means is you've got to up your calorie sources in other places.
You got to bring in your banana smoothies.
You got to do your wild blueberries.
You got to bring in other fruits.
You got to eat five, six, seven oranges.
You have to get a lot more greens in your diet too.
You got to do that.
And you got to get a lot of celery juice.
The key to athletes, the key to lifting any weight, the key to building muscle, it's calories.
What's this, you guys?
That is a potato.
Yeah, I know.
I showed you a little earlier.
That's a potato right there.
That's critical for building muscle. Potatoes are amazing for building muscles.
So if you want to build muscles as a power guy, as a power lifter, as an athlete, think about potatoes versus high protein.
So if you're a vegan athlete, try not to think about protein powder so much.
Try not to think about too many nuts and seeds.
You're going to get yourself in trouble. You're going to hit the wall someday because you're not going to get enough calories.
I know a lot of athletes
when they switch to potatoes
and they lower their animal proteins
or if they're vegan and they lower their nut proteins
and they switch to doing potatoes
the muscles they build
the strength they get
is unlike anything they've experienced
because it's about calories
which brings me to one thing
the protein in potato is the protein
that the body can utilize
one of the most important proteins there are
that exists is in a potato
So if you find propaganda against a potato, if you find industry propaganda in books, other authors, whoever, experts, and they're saying anti-potato, anti-potato, they're just cheating you out of something that A, heals the Epstein-Barr virus with lysine inside, B, it heals lots of viruses.
You know, people who have herpes simplex one breakouts on their mouth, they got all kinds of other things.
They get all kinds of things.
They get shingles all over the body.
Potatoes actually help heal that, help get rid of that, help stop that.
So you get these people that are against potatoes.
They're all about protein, protein, protein.
They're afraid of carbohydrates.
They stare people wrong because they don't know what's wrong with people.
They don't know about the viruses that create Hashimoto's, Graves, hypothyroidism, thyroid nodules.
They don't know about Steam Bar.
They don't know about anything.
So what happens is they say no potato.
Meanwhile, potato helps you as an athlete.
A potato is amazing for anybody over 65.
It's amazing for children.
And the protein source in the potato is life-changing protein
because it's just these little, little bioactive chemical compounds
that literally sit inside potatoes, these protein compounds.
They're not even researched by science and research.
Not even like they're not even studied.
They actually help.
But most importantly, it's the other things inside potatoes.
So don't be afraid of them.
Have them for dinner.
If you're one that likes them, you should be eating them.
They're that important.
So if you're somebody working out, get enough calories.
Get lots of celery juice for mineral salts for the muscles.
I want to talk about that for a second.
If you're not chronically ill and you're a bodybuilder, you still should be drinking tons of this in order to build muscles.
If you're chronically ill and sick
And you're trying to rebuild muscles
And you're trying to get strong
And you're trying to rebuild that muscles
You've got neurological problems
You're recovering from Lyme disease
Listen, anybody with Lyme disease
Please, please
I beg of you to read the Lyme section in this book
I beg of you to do that for your own good
To protect you and just make sure you're okay
That's important to know about Lyme disease
of how it really works, the truth about Lyme disease.
So whatever you're dealing with chronically ill
and you're dealing with illness,
you want to make sure the celery juice is involved
because the salts in celery, the mineral salts,
there's something called cluster salts in celery, okay?
Cluster salts are not studied yet
or found by research in science.
I talk about them in these books.
The cluster salts, they go into the muscle
and they pull out lactic acid.
They pull out toxins.
They pull out poisons. People have thick, dehydrated blood filled with poisons, and they can't really build muscle so easy. It has nothing to do with protein. It has everything to do with the fact that they're not drinking the straight celery juice.
There isn't cucumber in this. You can do a cucumber juice separately at another time. Cucumber juice is incredible for you for cleaning up the liver and doing other things. But this is straight celery juice, literally to the core. And that's when the magic happens. I swear to you, I swear to God, that's when the magic happens.
And so when you're exercising, like when you're working out, like doing little stuff, when you're chronically ill and you're doing like weights or you're taking walks and you can only use your leg muscles, this helps get them built up.
It's the celery juice right here.
I'm talking so fast, I have no time to drink it.
So always know that.
The other thing is calories.
That's important too.
It's all about calories.
When you're chronically ill, you may not be getting enough calories in you.
So you want to grab that watermelon, get a little bit of watermelon in you.
You might want to do honeydew melon.
I talk about that in the Life Changing Foods book.
And you want to get that in you to help you heal.
That's important.
You want to get papaya in you.
You want to get bananas in you.
These are really important to help heal when you're chronically ill, building muscle.
But you need the celery juice, okay?
That has to be in there.
And you've got to get some leafy greens.
This is the only one I have right now on hand, but you know, for the show.
But you've got to get your spinach and leafy greens in there too.
So when you're a bodybuilder, you're not chronically ill-say, and you've been used to bodybuilding, you still might have a fatty liver.
You still may have liver problems.
So it doesn't matter how healthy you think you are.
Your liver could be going down, down, down.
And if you're doing a high-fat diet while working out, even if you're skinny and you don't have any weight on you, you're still going to be sending your liver down the wrong track.
So you have to be careful what you're doing.
You have to lower the fats, whether you're vegan or animal-based.
Okay, so, and you'll gain more strength powerlifting using more celery juice, using more leafy greens, and more calories.
Anybody powerlifting should be doing 20 dates a day.
20 dates a day, 10 bananas, 12, 16 bananas a day if you're powerlifting.
Somebody powerlifting should be eating that whole watermelon one shot in the morning.
Bam!
If they're powerlifting, they should have that one.
I know athletes, they're like, I had my watermelon.
And then they send me a picture and it's a slice.
It's a slice of watermelon.
It's this thin.
They had their watermelon.
They went off to their workout.
Okay, I'm just giving you the rundown.
Supposed to like be down in a whole watermelon.
That's what you do if you're power working out, you know, and you'll get your strength.
And you'll do more than that.
You'll build some mean muscle.
That's no joke.
Like the real deal.
Some more questions.
Okay.
So some of these acupuncturists and holistic doctors, kinesiologists, they're saying that they need to go on meat to get better before they can go back to being vegan.
So they need to be on meat to get better.
That's only due to accidental or propaganda out there originally about the protein, the whole protein thing I told you originally.
It's been ingrained in our school systems.
It's ingrained in everything, in alternative medicine.
If you go to alternative medicine school, everybody in there is just chatting about protein.
You go to conventional medicine schools, everybody in there is just chatting about protein.
As if it's the answer.
As if the world is literally sick because of protein problems.
That's kind of insane.
I mean, the hospitals are filled with dying people.
They've had plenty of protein in their life, guys.
Plenty of protein in their life.
In fact, they've had way too much protein in their life.
I'm just saying, you've got to know this.
So whether you're a meat eater or whatever you are, you've got to lower the proteins, which is the fat.
You've got to bring down the fats.
So here's the deal.
So the question is, your acupuncturist, your kinesiologist, your holistic doctor, your MD, or whatever it is,
is telling you, you can't go vegan.
You have to get better first, and you have to go eating meat.
That's just because they don't know.
listen, this is out of total respect. I have respect for every practitioner. It's not their
fault. They've been handed down misinformation. It's not their fault. You know, God bless them
for helping people. And I want you to have your practitioners and I want you to have your doctor
helping you and don't stop seeing your doctor. But the reason why they say that is because they
have this protein fear themselves or they have a fruit fear. You'll find that they have fruit fear.
It's rampant out there. Everybody's afraid of fruit fruit fruit fruit fruit. They're totally afraid of it
So that's what you're gonna see out there, but just know that it's not about
Whether you eat meat or you don't eat meat about getting better. They need to know why you're sick
They need to know what viruses are making you sick
They need to know why your liver is sick
They need to know why your adrenals are sick or why you have nervous system issues
Why you have symptoms in your nervous system? Why you get tingles and numbness? Why you don't feel good?
Why you have fatigue? Why you have aches and pains?
They need to know all of that because it's not about protein. They need to learn that first and that's the key.
So if you want to go plant-based, you can go plant-based. If you want to stay on meat because they're telling you,
maybe stay on meat. But here's the key.
You need to know what's wrong and do all the other things to get you better than I've been talking about all these years.
because in the end, it's not about protein.
But don't do too much fat.
So here's where we can get in trouble.
So if you're at your doctor's office
and they say you need to go on animal meat to get better
and then you can go back to vegan,
what that means is they're telling you without knowing
they want to put you on a high-fat diet
without knowing that.
No, that is not good.
Now, if these same practitioners and doctors said,
hey, you know, we want you to stay vegan,
but we want you on a lot more protein, all right?
That's still not good.
That's still not good.
So you need to know it means more fat.
So in order to get better, the fats have to come down.
They have to be lowered a little bit.
It doesn't have to be totally lowered, but it has to be brought down.
So if you do have meat under the guidance of your doctors and holistic doctors and acupuncturists,
if you do have meat, don't do a lot of it because you're just going to be doing a lot of fat.
Make sure you bring in instead the celery juice.
I'd like to know how many glasses of celery juice have you had in a month.
That's what I'd like to know because if you had a whole bunch and some other things, you could be getting better so much faster where they're like, hey, you can be vegan.
Maybe you don't need the animal protein.
So that's just trying to answer that question a little bit.
Here's another question.
How can my husband build muscle without eggs and without chicken and protein powders?
He needs to be convinced.
So it must be whey protein powders we're talking about probably, like whey protein and those kind of protein powders.
So how can you build muscle?
Okay, most important question probably.
Muscles only built with three things.
Only three things build your muscle.
I repeat, muscles can only be built with three things.
So building muscles takes three things.
I'm going to tell you those three things.
Get ready for the three things that build muscle.
Okay?
Three things.
All right?
One of them is glucose
Sugar has to enter the muscle cells
In order for muscle to build
Sugar, whether it's in a banana
Whether it's in a tangerine
Whether it's in a tomato
Whether it's in a mango
Whether it's in anything
The potato, of course
Sugar has to glucose
carbohydrate, whether it's in winter squash, whether it's in sweet potatoes, has to enter
into a muscle cell for a muscle cell to grow and expand. That's number one. Without it,
muscles can never be built. It's not protein. You can be on a straight protein diet and nothing
else in there. You'll waste away to nothing. You'll die. You'll actually die if it's only
protein and protein only. I'm talking about if you remove the calories out of protein.
Like if you take nuts and just take the protein out of a nut, separate it from the fat.
If you take meat and you take literally the protein and the fat and you separate it and you just take the protein itself and you just eat it.
You just eat it every day.
You would waste away to nothing.
You wouldn't even be able to walk or talk.
Your muscles would fall off of you and you would die quickly.
You'd probably die within a couple of months and it would be over.
So it's not about that.
Something else builds muscle.
Three things. First thing, it's glucose. Glucose has to enter the cells, the muscle cells, to build muscle, first and foremost. Second thing has to be mineral salts. Mineral salts. Not the kind you buy. You see, buy some mineral salt thing. It has to be mineral salts. That's the second thing you have to get in your muscles to build them.
Mineral salts actually are what sustains a muscle cell so it doesn't atrophy.
So that means, okay, if you're not doing anything, you're not working out.
You're not an athlete.
You're not doing nothing.
And you can stop atrophying.
If you're chronically ill, you're laying in bed 24-7 and your muscles are atrophying.
You know what happens to people when they're chronically ill and they're fed protein?
When they're chronically ill and bedridden, they lose all their muscles.
They lose all their muscles.
They get fed fat and protein, and they lose all their muscles.
They waste away.
I've seen it.
It's horrible.
It's horrifying.
And a lot of practitioners don't even know it.
They have no idea.
You guys have to learn this stuff.
It's so critical.
It's so critical.
Listen, we get trapped in our belief systems.
I'm going to tell you the third thing of what builds muscle.
Don't worry.
We get trapped in our belief systems.
And that's the one thing I can't have.
If I have a belief system, I just basically totally, that's it.
I just did you guys wrong.
The minute I have a belief system, in order to be an expert and to make sure that you guys get the right information, I can't have a belief system.
Do I want a belief system?
Yeah, you better believe it.
It would be pretty nice.
But spirit refuses to let me have one.
It has to be the truth of just what is wrong.
It can't be a belief system built on a whole bunch of lies or a belief system built on misinformation.
Okay?
So back to the three things that build muscle when you're chronically ill or when you're healthy.
Either or.
And quite frankly, no one's really perfectly healthy.
When I'm out there in public, I see people with all kinds of problems.
I don't care how lean they are, how mean they look.
There's still stuff going on and they can still have a heart attack.
Seen it all the time out there.
I'm going to talk about that a little bit in a minute too.
Three things that build muscle, right?
What is it?
I told you it's the glucose.
Enters into the muscle cells.
Expands them.
Grows them, right?
The glucose, right?
That's important, okay?
The carbohydrate.
That's one thing that builds the muscle.
Second thing, mineral salts.
Because it removes the poison that gets produced as a muscle's building.
There's a poison that's being produced, a toxin inside the muscle that's actually in there.
It's a poison, a toxin, coupled with things like what is known as lactic acid.
But even more than that, toxins that the liver is pumping out of the liver because our livers are dirty.
So when we exercise, our livers push out all this poison and toxin.
That's right.
I'm going to talk about that in liver rescue.
You have to get liver rescue someday.
Get it from the library.
I don't care.
Just get it.
And so here's the deal, all right?
What happens is the mineral salts, they grab on these cluster salts that are not researched by science and research.
They're not discovered.
and what happens is they bind onto poisons and toxins in the muscles
and they remove those toxins and poisons out of the muscles
so the cells don't atrophy.
So when you're laying there chronically ill in bed
and someone's feeding you fat and protein because they're scared
and they see you're atrophying and they don't want to do
and they don't want to give you a piece of sugar
because their doctor advised against any sugar,
their doctor advised against any fruit,
their doctor doesn't even want them on a Fuji apple,
Doctor doesn't even want them on a Braber and a Fuji, a Golden Delicious or whatever it is.
And what happens is the person loses glucose in the muscles.
The person loses mineral salts because they're not given celery juice to protect their muscles so they don't atrophy.
And then the third reason, the third thing that you need to build muscle, you have to use them.
You have to use them.
You have to use muscle to build a muscle.
That's the third thing.
Guess what?
How come there's not a fourth?
How come there's not a fifth?
How come there's not a sixth?
There isn't.
How come protein's not in there?
Hey, AW said there's no protein in the three things that build muscle because there isn't.
You have to use your muscle to build a muscle.
You have to use your muscle.
That's the only way, okay?
You have to get the mineral salts in in a large degree.
Mineral salts in spinach too.
You have to get the mineral salts in you to build muscle.
critical and you have to get the glucose in the cells to build muscle protein has nothing to do
with it and never will and it never has anything to do with it but i know you guys are protein fans
so i'm not against protein either i'm not against it i'm just telling you how it works i'm not
against the fact that there are good proteins in spinach that if you get grass-fed beef it's a
better quality protein than some other kind of animal product like i get that and you know what
you know if you get these lentils yeah there's these are packed with protein but there's other
things in all these foods that are actually helping you build muscle and heal that are the
real reason why you build muscle. The real reason why you build muscle. So those are the three
things really important. I might actually eat this later on. I know it's boring. It's a celery stick
thrown in Nori, but okay. So all right. How much protein for children? Good question. Well, breast
milk is about 2% protein. That's what breast milk is. It's also really low fat. Some women, it's like
4% fat. Some women, it's 2% fat. The most ever in breast milk, protein-wise, probably about 4%.
So as far as breast milk goes for protein ratio, the rest is sugar, 90% sugar. So for children,
for babies and children, it's all about lots of fruit. It's all about sugar. It's all about the
same thing that was in the breast milk. It's all about that. It's not about protein because as I
said before, protein doesn't build muscle. Protein doesn't build bones either. It's minerals that
build bones. Guess what's in an orange? Calcium, the kind of calcium that builds a bone, the kind
of calcium that keeps the children's bones growing strong and getting them really, really hard.
Protein doesn't make bones hard. It's calcium, but calcium from this source. And that's a really
good question here. Not calcium from here. So here's where you're going to get tricked. You're
going to be told that the protein in here, you're going to be told that the protein in here is what
your children needs. That's not true. This might lead you instead to type one diabetes. It might
lead your child to type one diabetes. It could lead your child to other things, but it's not
going to lead them to like to that protein need they need. It's not going to help. So, and if you
do the grass fed, the grass fed milk, it's better. If you do the raw milk, sure, it could be better.
whatever you got going on, all right? But just so you know, it's not where the answer lies.
The answer lies with other foods for children. Avocado. Avocado is like breast milk. It basically
has similar ratios, believe it or not. And many different avocados, they vary from different
time to time, their ratios. But that's the kind of thing that children need is avocados. And you
You don't have to feel rushed about getting a child on animal protein if you want.
It's totally up to you and what your child likes.
It's totally up to your child.
What I'm trying to say is don't be afraid if your child loves to have lots of bananas.
Don't be afraid if your child loves to have lots of apples.
Don't be afraid if your child loves mangoes and smoothies and mango smoothies.
Don't be afraid of that because those are the very things that actually help children.
Now, here's the other thing.
there is protein in this there is protein in this there is protein in apples there is protein in
fruits there is protein in everything and your children can do really good by bringing in though
you can bring those proteins in but you got to bring it's other things that we build our and
develop our children's brains our children's livers and that's the key so always remember
that but if you bring an animal protein you bring it in but you can't just get it's not all about
protein. It's about all the other things that our children need to grow. It's the calcium
to grow. It's all that. So we'll cover that a little bit. Let's see. Plant-based diet people
that feel a little bit better adding protein. So people that are plant-based that feel a little
better adding protein. There's a reason for that because they just added a tremendous amount of
calories. I get the same plant-based people that feel better when they get permission to eat three
of these. So they get permission to eat three potatoes for dinner with a salad. And they're
like, whoa, my life has changed. What's going on? Oh my God. Because it's the calories we're
talking about. So a lot of plant-based people, they feel like they need calories. They're desperate
for calories. So they end up, they end up getting a piece of meat and getting a whole bunch of fat
calories. And then they feel a little bit better, but you don't have to go to fat calories. If you
want to be plant-based, you can still stay off the meat and you can still do this. And look,
If you're animal-based, you can still keep your meats, but you've got to bring in other things too.
Listen, I hear the same thing too from a lot of meat eaters too.
There's a lot of complaints with meat eaters.
And it always gets – I notice there's a double standard out there.
Now, I'm not involved with the food wars between the paleos and the vegans.
I'm not involved in that food war.
But there's a double standard going on, I will tell you.
And the reason why is because the meat eating thing, there's a double standard where they can have all –
meat eaters can have all the same problems as vegans, but it's like it's accepted. If you're
plant-based and you have a problem that a meat eater has, a sickness or a symptom, it's not
accepted. I know there's a double standard out there. I'm hoping that changes down the road,
and I hope we all live together. I'm hoping we all live together because it's about other
information. It's not about whether you're eating meat or you're vegan. It's about other information.
Okay, so let's go into maybe another question right here. So someone's saying,
what about high protein, low carb, low fat? So that's protein powders that have less fat in them.
That's protein powders that actually have less carbs in them. That can feel bulky in your stomach.
That can feel like that, but at the same time, you're going to be hungry. So get a lot of other
things in you. So listen, that wraps up the first round of the protein talk. Believe me,
I probably didn't cover enough of what I wanted to learn about sickness, learn about how to heal
sickness, chronic illness. Learn about it from these, please. And keep on doing what you're
doing. I love you guys. Bless your heart. Moving on today, we're going to Instagram Live. So why
don't you come with me there? We're going to cover a whole bunch of stuff then. Take care.
Bless you. Thanks for being with me. I love you.
